HOW TO SHARE PRINTER

FROM  CLIENT IN NETWORK LAN

v  Purpose

This procedure is use to share printer in network LAN with properly.

v  Scope

This instructions is applied to man who practice in networking LAN.

v  Instructions

pc connect to the network by plugging the LAN UTP cable to the LAN card in the PC and switching to. will automatically connect to the network.

plug plug a USB printer to the USB port on the PC and turn on the pc. pc automatically install the printer driver.

click star then select Control Panel, click device manager.

Click add a printer, then.

select a network printer

select browse printer

select the printer that is used and is complete

the device manager will appear before the printer.

v  Monitoring

1.    The user must be followed the procedure.

2.    Before sharing, the printer and PC is function and can connected to network.

v  Correction

If the printer can share. You will see the icon man / handman in the printer.

If  not check connections to network LAN and the USB printer be plug

In the PC.

v  Verrification

If you was finish this activity. You must fill the record book of use equipment.
